Stanley J. Szwecki

Stanley "Butch" Szwecki of Moon Township, age 70, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Monday, December 13, 2021.  Stanley was the beloved husband of Julie Szwecki, loving father of Michele (husband Zachary) Gilliland and Kristin (husband Samuel) Frenette, and brother of Patricia Mahan and the late Bea Johnson.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Butch served his country as a Navy Seaman Apprentice and was employed as a dispatcher-driver. 

Family and friends will be welcomed in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave Coraopolis, on Wednesday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.  A Prayer Service will take place in the funeral home on Thursday at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Joseph Church, Coraopolis, The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.

Interment to follow at Holy Souls Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
