Robert E. Murrell

Robert E. Murrell of Coraopolis, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, July 1, 2024 at the age of 75.  Robert was the son of the late Walter M. Murrell, Jr. and Mary Jane DiDomenico; husband of the late Diane L. Murrell; father of Robert W. Murrell; grandfather of Emma and Anna Murrell; father of Eric Richard Murrell; grandfather of Eric Richard Jr. Murrell; father of Scott Gessner; grandfather of Amber, Tommy and Zachary Gessner; father of David Murrell and wife Theresa; grandfather of Cecilia Murrell; father of the late Bryan Murrell; grandfather of Ashley Murrell;  brother of Richard L. Murrell, wife Susan; Susan Gonzales, husband Willie, and Ernest V. DiDomenico, wife Rhonda; uncle of Christopher Murrell, Lauren Meeder, Julianne Murrell, Nicole, late Santino, Lucca and Isabella DiDomenico; great-uncle of Ryan, Lucas, Abigail, Noelle, Olivia, Sophia, Jeffrey and Jason. 

Bob was a Millwright for over 30 years and retired as an over the road truck driver in the world of Sports & Entertainment. He was a straight forward, no-nonsense kind of guy who had a giant heart.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 12 Noon - 6 PM in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis, with a Blessing Service beginning at 5:30 PM with Fr. Ryan.
