Richard D. Topor

Richard D. Topor, of Moon Township, formerly of Utica, NY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the age of 85.  He was the son of the late Stanley and Julie Topor; beloved husband of the late Elaine J. (Myrda) Topor; loving father of Sharon J. Topor, Richard M. (Diana L.) Topor, and James E. (Samantha J.) Topor; loving grandfather of Lauren, Britney, Jessica and Jennifer Topor; brother of Ronald (Donna) Topor, Roger (Cheryl) Topor and the late Robert (late Martha) Topor.

Dick graduated in 1956 from Whitesboro High School in New York and then served his country as a US Marine.  He retired from US Airways after a 40 year career as an Aircraft Inspector.  

Family and friends will be welcomed on Sunday from 1 PM - 6 PM in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis.  A prayer service will take place on Monday morning at 9:15 AM in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Margaret Mary Church, Moon Township.  Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery with Military Honors.
