Penny Lynn Willome

Penny Lynn Willome passed away at her home on Monday, March 30th, 2026, at the age of 60.

Penny was born in Kenosha, WI on July 12, 1965, to the late Marion (Mackey) Fowler and Lawrence Fowler.  She graduated from Westwood High School, class of 1983 and married Tom Willome on May 20th, 2005. Penny loved gardening, growing lots of fruits, vegetables, and flowers every summer. She also loved her animals and had lots of dogs and cats during her life. 

She is survived by Tom, his children and grandchildren, her siblings, Vickie Fowler, Scott (Tammy) Fowler, Kathy (Mark) Balzarini, and Al (Laura) Fowler, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Following Penny's wishes, cremation will take place with no public services.
