Michele Boslett

Michele Boslett, of Moon Township, born in 1945, passed peacefully on May 7, 2018.  Born in Erie, Pennsylvania, Michele spent 51 years as a nurse serving in emergency, obstetrics and psychiatric nursing.  The Texas Nurses Association and March of Dimes named Michele Texas Nurse of the Year in 1979 after she opened the second Birth Center in the United States.  She is also published in the Child Psychiatry and Human Development Journal.  

Michele leaves behind her daughter Katherine, older sister Diana, several nieces and nephews, as well as many dedicated colleagues.  

Funeral Services are private.

A memorial service will be held on June 23, 2018, at St. Phillips Church in Moon Township. (1629 Beaver Grade Rd., Coraopolis, PA 15108)
