Obituary

Michael E. Gorseth, 56, of Seven Fields, PA passed away unexpectedly on January 17th, 2023.  

Mike was preceded in death by his infant son, Sam, and father, Mert. He is survived by Kimberly Wiesner Gorseth, whom he was married to for twenty years; son, Tanner and daughter, Hannah, both currently living at home; his mother Donna Gorseth of Yankton, SD; sister, Kris (Brad) Binde; and nephews Jace, Reid, and Ty, all from Yankton, SD.  

Mike attended the University of South Dakota before moving to Pittsburgh to complete his education. He worked in Cardiology for 25 years and always put his patients first. 

Mike coached many years for Seneca Valley Football and also served as a drummer for Grace Community Church of Cranberry. He was a great father and will be greatly missed by his family. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10AM on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 at Grace Community Church of Cranberry, 9160 Marshall Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, and a memorial will be held in Yankton, SD this summer.
