John Ciangiarulo, Jr.

John Ciangiarulo, Jr. of Kennedy Township, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the age of 91.  John was the husband of Marilyn Ciangiarulo; son of the late John, Sr. and Rose DeLuca Ciangiarulo; father of John E. Ciangiarulo, Gary L. Ciangiarulo, Rosemarie Mixter, and the late Joseph A. Ciangiarulo; brother of Marta Coronado and the late Felix, Frank, Louis and Christina; grandfather of Jaime Mixter (Michael Griffin); great-grandfather of Aubree Griffin; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

John served in the Army during the Korean War and worked as a first class welder at the Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company. He dedicated his life to local politics for over 30 years.

Family and friends will be welcomed in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1650 Broadway, Stowe/Kennedy Township, on Sunday from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm.  A Prayer Service will take place in the funeral home on Monday at 10 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Mary's Church, McKees Rocks, Archangel Gabriel Parish.

Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.
