Joanne M. Scappe

Joanne M. Scappe, of Coraopolis, passed on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the age of 65.

Joanne was the beloved daughter of Rose Scappe of Coraopolis and the late Edward "Gigi" Scappe. She was the beloved sister of Mark Scappe of Moon Township; aunt of Vincent (Christine) Scappe and Anthony (Francesca) Scappe; and great aunt of Vincenzo Scappe.

Joanne was a lifetime resident of Coraopolis, a member of St Joseph Church and an Industrial Appraisal Supervisor. She assisted her mother for many years working at the St Joseph Parish Festival in the "Big Bonanza" booth.

Friends will be received on Tuesday 6-8 pm and Wednesday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm in the Sanvito Funeral Home 1316 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis.  A prayer service will be held on Thursday at 9 am in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St Joseph Church.
