Survived by: Husband; Colin Riley, Children; Haane Marie (husband Cameron) Perez, Havannah Justine, Haleigha Jade, Leland Jacob and Nailah Reign, Reared Mother; Connie Mendiola, Pet Cat; Carrot, Sisters; Tishawna Marie (Javier Vincent), Tamhra Enrica & Kyle (Shaonnie Rae & Jenora, Amber Jae & Sebastian, Maria Isabella & Tyler, Zanaiyah Dre), Parents-in-law; Kimberly & Sam Weaver, Family friend; Josh Vedis, and numerous Aunts, Uncle, Nieces, Nephews and Friends.

Hannah will be cremated and her ashes will come home. Funeral Services to be announced at a later date.

Mass with Rosary right after. Monday - Friday 6PM lower level, Saturday & Sunday 5PM upper level. Santa Barbara Church Dededo.
