Donald Keith Fortney, Jr.

Donald “Duncan” Keith Fortney Jr. of Proctor, WV., formerly of East McKeesport passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021.  Donald was the brother of Russell Duncan of Oneida, NY.; the late Richard Duncan Jr. of East McKeesport; and the late Judy Hoover of Pasadena, MD.; Fiancé of Patricia Welch of Proctor, WV.; Father of Sabrina (Joey) Fortney of Scottdale, PA.; Donald Keith (Susan) Fortney III of Pittsburgh; and Stepfather of Marjorie (Mark) Madonna of Myrtle Beach, SC.; Grandfather of five and great-grandfather of three.  He was the son of the late Elma (Foster) Duncan and Donald Keith Fortney; and stepson of the late Richard Duncan.  Donald was retired from the Army Corp of Engineers.

Family and friends will be welcomed on Tuesday from 4pm-8pm in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis, with Military Honors beginning at 7pm.
