David James Woodcook

David James Woodcook, of Coraopolis, passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 65.

David was born in Sewickley, PA  and was the son of the late Wesley Woodcook and Josephine Woodcook Pugh and step-son of the late Edward Pugh. He was the beloved husband of the late Maria Woodcook. David was the loving father of Gabrial Woodcook, David (Tarrah) Woodcook, and Anna (Matt) Rudzik. He was the brother of Janet (Butch) Medved, Margie (Brian) Leonard, John (Dolly) Woodcook, Ed Pugh, Jim (Noreen) Pugh, Bill (Roxy) Pugh, and the late Wesley Woodcook. David was the proud grandfather of 6 grandchildren, Marcus, Martez, Emanuel, Cruze, Ethan and Corbin.

David lived in Coraopolis and was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church. He was a proud United States Army Veteran.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 4-8 PM in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis where a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home at 7:30 PM. Burial will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies , with Military Honors on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 1 PM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY.
