Antonio DeGori

Antonio DeGori of Sewickley, age 85, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022.  He was the son of the late Gaspare and Elisabetta (Talerico) DeGori; beloved husband of 59 years to Anne DeGori; loving father of Anthony (Robin) DeGori, Thomas DeGori and Elizabeth Pesce; loving grandfather of Benjamin DeGori, Peter DeGori, Paige DeGori, Jenna DeGori, and Ethan Pesce; brother of Maria Stella Mauro (brother-in-law Francesco Mauro), and the late Tomasso DeGori and Pina Vescio; brother-in-law of Elizabeth Vescio and Linda Gallo.  Antonio is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  

Antonio came to Sewickley in 1957 from Gizzeria, Italy and married Anne Gallo in 1962.  Antonio truly enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in sports.

Family and friends will be welcomed in the Richard D. Cole Funeral Home, 328 Beaver St., Sewickley, on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.  A Prayer Service will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in St. James Church, Divine Redeemer Parish, Sewickley.  Private interment at St. James Cemetery.
