Antoinette Tollis

Antoinette Tollis, age 70, of Coraopolis, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday evening, September 2nd at the Moon Township Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Moon Township.  Antoinette was the daughter of the late Guido and Carole (Dilisio) Tollis and grandparents, Antonina (Puglielli) and Pasquale Tollis and Nicolina (Cicci) and Alex Dilisio.  She is survived by her sisters Sandy Cafarelli (deceased husband Mario), Patty (John Caputo), Marianne Desiderio (Lou) and brothers Donny and David; nieces Nicole and Staci Desiderio; surviving aunts, Emily Ciarallo, Caroline Cavicchia, Anna Demme, Letitia Tollis, and Sharon Dilisio; deceased aunt, Marie DiMasso and deceased uncles, Edward, Chester and Ronald Dilisio, Frank Cavicchia, Dante DiMasso, Manfred Ciarallo, and many surviving cousins.

Antoinette worked for Prudential Insurance Company for approximately 28 years.  After working for Prudential, she worked with different temporary agencies doing clerical work.  Antoinette was a devoted and faithful churchgoer and especially loved making her Novena’s.  She loved people and she loved pet-sitting dogs.  Also, she loved cooking especially making homemade meatballs and sauce and giving them to her friends and family.  She was very much loved and will be terribly missed.

The family wishes to thank Moon Township Rehabilitation and Wellness Center and Gallagher Hospice for their kindness and the care that they gave to Antoinette these past few months.

Family and friends will be welcomed in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis on Wednesday, September 7th from 3 pm to 7 pm.  A Blessing Service will be take place at 7 pm in the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
