Anthony M. Ciccone, of Moon Township, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the age of 74. Anthony was the beloved husband of Karen (Kacsur) Ciccone; son of the late Phillip and Nancy Ciccone; son-in-law of Peter and Norma Kacsur; loving father of Natalie (husband Armondo,Jr.) McNary; brother of Phillip (wife Kathy) Ciccone, Loretta (husband Dan) DeDominicis, Antoinette Ciccone, and Rita Ciccone; brother-in-law of Donna (husband Harry) Herron, and Gary (late wife Lori) Kacsur. Anthony is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Anthony was a retired US Postal Carrier with 30 years of dedicated service, a lifelong member of St. Joseph Church in Coraopolis and a member of the National Guard. His favorite interests were gardening and doing yard work. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoyed his monthly meetings with his retired postal buddies.
Family and friends will be welcomed on Wednesday from 6-8PM and on Thursday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis. A Prayer Service will take place in the funeral home on Friday morning at 9:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. Joseph Church, Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Coraopolis. Interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Anthony's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Heart Association.
