Amelia Ciarallo, of Coraopolis, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Amelia was born in Pacentro, Italy and was married to Manfred Ciarallo, born in Scano, Italy. Amelia loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, telling stories of her life, experiences and traditions in Italy, and her transition to the United States. She was a strong woman who was a great cook and gardener. She will be greatly missed.
Amelia was the daughter of the late Pasquale Tollis and Antonina Pugelli Tollis; wife of the late Manfred V. Ciarallo; mother of Bernard (Halyna) Ciarallo, the late Dino Ciarallo, Tina (Dave) Honhold, and Gilda (Drew) Wilson; sister of Caraline Cavicchia, the late Marie DiMasso, Anna Demme, Letitia Tollis and the late Guido Tollis. She has left her legacy to her beloved grandchildren, Jason Ciarallo, Erin Ciarallo, Jeremy (Colleen) Honhold, Joshua (Chelsey) Honhold, Vincent (Melanie) Ciarallo, Sarah Honhold, Zachary (Chelsea) Wilson, Taylor Ciarallo, Abby (Nick) Photiadis, Rachel Wilson, Shelby Ciarallo, Natalie Wilson, Bohdan (Fernanda) Mykhailiv, and her great-grandchildren, Caleb Honhold, Adelina Honhold, Gideon Honhold, Lucia Honhold and Stephan Ciarallo
Family and friends will be welcomed on Sunday from 10 AM - 12 Noon and from 6 PM - 8 PM in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave, Coraopolis. A Blessing Service will be held on Monday morning at 10 AM in the funeral home. Interment to follow, Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.
