Dear Joe and Family, Ruthie was a great wife, mother and a very loving grandmother. She will be so missed. I’m happy our family was able to join together thanks to her son Keith marrying my daughter Stacy. Stacy was lucky to have such a caring, kind and loving mother in law. Many fond memories are what Bob and I will have to remember Ruthie by. A good heart has stopped beating, a good soul ascended to heaven. Sending you our love and sincere sympathy. Pat and Bob Wagner
