Ruth Marie (Jellison) Nickles, age 78, of Coraopolis, passed on Monday, June 26, 2017.  Beloved wife of Joseph Nickles; daughter of the late Ruth (Obenreder) and Rudolph L. Jellison; mother of Linda (Jan) Lach, Michele L. Simon (Stephen McNally), Joseph R. (Heather) Nickles, and Keith E. (Stacy) Nickles; sister of Judith A. Jacobs; sister-in-law of William and Donna Nickles; also six grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and many extended family and friends.  

Ruth was a registered nurse and a graduate of Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing in 1960 and a member of Ohio Valley Nurses Alumni. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to the Western PA Humane Society or Animal Friends of Pittsburgh.

Friends received Thursday 6-8 pm and Friday 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave Coraopolis, PA 15108.  Prayers in funeral home on Saturday at 9 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St Joseph Church, Fifth Ave and Chestnut St, Coraopolis, PA 15108 at 9:30 am.
