Edith G. (Dilisio) Casasanta, age 91, a lifelong resident of Coraopolis passed away peacefully on March 30, 2017 in the West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Edith was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and aunt who loved being with her family.  Beloved wife of the late Walter V. Casasanta, loving mother of Barbara and Patricia of Coraopolis and sister of Mary Daugherty (William) of Moon Township and Helen "Dolly" Dilisio of Coraopolis, sister-in-law of Isabelle Casasanta (Don), Kay Rossi (Arthur) and her neices and nephews.

Edith was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Rose Dilisio and Ann Gastner, Emma Dilisio, Albert and Edward Dilisio, Virginia Redli, Lillian Dannibale and Carrie Holt.

Friends will be received on Sunday, April 2, 2017 in the Anthony J. Sanvito Funeral Home Inc., 1316 Fourth Avenue, Coraopolis, from 2-4 PM  &  6-8 PM.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, April 3, 2017, at 10 AM in St Joseph Church, Coraopolis.  Interment will follow in Coraopolis Cemetery. A special thanks to the staff of West Hills Health and Rehailitation Center for their excellent care and kindness.
